WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is working on a feature running the same WhatsApp account on four devices at the same time. The screenshot shared with the tweet suggests that the app will use Wi-Fi connectivity to sync data across all four or fewer devices. However, WhatsApp can also offer a mobile data option to users who do not have a Wi-Fi connection, but want to use their same account on multiple devices.

WABetaInfo has clearly stated that the new feature is still being developed. This means that it is not part of any recent beta version and is probably limited to an internal test.
