YouTube has introduced Unified Payments Interface or UPI as a new form of price technique for both YouTube and YouTube Music. Users now have the choice to pay the use of UPI further to the earlier available alternatives of credit score and debit cards.
Users willing to shop for YouTube Premium or YouTube Music Premium subscription might be required to add their UPI ID into the fee methods and complete the transaction on their UPI app to make their transactions at once from their financial institution account. The UPI charge method may even permit users buy and lease movies, as well as pay for functions like SuperChat and Channel Memberships on YouTube.
To purchase YouTube Premium membership, faucet on your consumer profile > Tap on “Get YouTube Premium” > On the next screen, tap on “Get YouTube Premium” again > Select a plan. Once you tap on a YouTube Premium plan, it will take you to the charge screen.
The first choice might be the usual “Add credit score or debit card” while the second alternative will the UPI primarily based choice. Tap on “Add bank account with BHIM UPI ID” > Enter your UPI ID > Tap on “Buy”.

Pay for YouTube Music Premium membership using UPI
The identical system applies on YouTube Music app as well: Tap in your user profile > Tap on “Get Music Premium” > On the following screen, faucet on “Get Music Premium” again > Select a plan > Select price approach.
