Share Your Screen During a Call

As the host of the Zoom call, you could percentage your display at any time. During the call, choose the “Share Screen” button at the lowest of the window.

  • Share display screen button at backside of window
  • Alternatively, use the Alt+S (Command+Shift+S for Mac) shortcut key on Windows 10.

You’ll now be inside the “Basic” tab of the proportion display screen options window. Here, you may select which display you’d like to share (if you’re connected to a couple of monitors), a specific application that’s presently open (like Word, Chrome, Slack, etc.), or a Whiteboard.

  • Once you’ve decided on the display that you’d like to percentage, click on the “Share” button inside the bottom-proper corner of the window.

  • Share button.

  • To forestall display sharing, click on the red “Stop Share” button at the pinnacle of the display screen you are currently sharing. Alternatively, use the Alt+S (Command+Shift+S for Mac) shortcut key.

  • Stop Share button

  • Allowing Participants to Share Their Screen

  • Advanced sharing alternatives button

  • The “Advanced Sharing Options” window will appear. Here, you may pick who can proportion their screen, when they could proportion their screen, and what number of contributors can share their screen at the same time.
